Terra Botanic Garden is set to become the UAE's first BGCI-aligned botanic garden, advancing native plant conservation, regional research and ethnobotany. A landmark for the region's living heritage and the people who steward it.
Research collaboration and sponsorship opportunities support the garden's growth, alongside a founding Urban Ecology Fund advancing native plant science and conservation across the region.
Wadi Conservation Programme
Terra’s 150 sqm freshwater wadi is a testbed ecosystem designed to recreate, monitor and help restore the native freshwater habitats of the UAE’s mountain wadis.
It serves three purposes: a local ecological “ark” for native species, an immersive learning environment and a replicable model for freshwater conservation. Terra Impact offers end-to-end delivery of constructed freshwater wadis—from ecosystem design and development to monitoring and long-term management.
